Eugene Kennedy Is An Associate Professor Of Educational Research Methodology At Louisiana State University In Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He Is The Interim Chair For The Department Of Educational Leadership, Research And Counseling. He Teaches Courses In Educational Measurement, Statistics, And Research.
